The COVID-19 pandemic is a massive global health crisis. The impact of this pandemic is
massive: imposed lockdown, resulting in the closure of business activities, public places, fitness
and activity centers, which means losing of jobs is rampant as well and the deflation of the
economy can be felt all over the nation. But in this trying times, pandemic, lockdown shouldn't
be a hindrance for people not to be fit since fitness in this time is good for it will not only make
our body physically fit, it will also help us specially for our mental health. Now that people are
force to stay home, we should make this time to reflect and have time for our fitness because in
fitness it doesn't necessarily mean that a lot equipments is needed for we can still be fit by
using improvise materials that are present in our home and with that, surely we can avoid
being bored, and be physically and mentally active.

It is important to bear in our mind that physical activities and exercise not only maintain
physical and psychological health but also help our body to respond to the negative
consequences of several diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, and
respiratory diseases and other complications. Also, by being mindful and caring with our health
we will be able to help our nation even just for a little, because if we are healthy and following
the protocol imposed then surely we wouldn't end up being an additional problem in the
hospital.
