NAAG PANCHAMI – A GOOD DAY FOR REMEDY

From Kadru, Sage Kashyap had thousands of Naagas (snake sons). Among the thousand Naga sons
of Kadru, first one was Shesha. You might not have realized, but you've seen him in pictures of Lord
Vishnu, where He was lying on Shesh Naag. The second was Vasuki, the Naga king you've always
seen around the neck of lord Shiva. Vasuki was used as a rope to churn the ocean during the Samudra
Manthan. The third was Takshak. He was the one who killed Arjun's grandchild, king Parikshit.

Arjun's great-grandson Janmejay, conducted the powerful Sarpamedha Yagna to consume

all snakes in its fire, but he was halted by Astika, the nephew of the great serpent king,
Vasuki. The day Sarpamedha yagna was stopped due to the intervention of the Brahmin
Astik Rishi was the day of Nag Panchami and since then this day is celebrated for Nag Puja.

Shukla Panchami tithi in the month of Shravan is celebrated as Nag Panchami.

If you have many planets in Ashlesha, if you have Moon or Lagna or any prominent planet in
Ashlesha, If you feel you are having a tight grip of Rahu Ketu in life, keep praying to Astik Muni,
keep praying to Nagas on this day of Naag Panchami, he may show you the safe path for you. He had
a boon to save Nagas.

Many people come to me claiming they have some negative power working on them. Some even say
their enemy locked them with Nag Bandhan.

Nag Bandhan is a kind of locking system, operated based on sound waves. These sound
waves get generated by the pronunciation of a particular word/phrase. It’s not a joke
performing such strong lock so as unlocking it. Almost it is impossible to find such people
who have the knowledge of all these. Still if you feel such thing is working on you, then you
must pray on the day of Nag Panchami. Though one needs Siddhi in Garud Mantra with a
list of rituals to unlock such tight grip. As we know prayer is powerful than anything else.
Better not to miss out Nag Panchami Day.

Many people even do Ashlesha Bali on this day but the catch is somewhere else. It is more
powerful to perform rituals on this day on old ancestral property. If not possible then
temple is the best option.

Pray to Vishnu who is lying on Shesh Naag, who has Gadud as well with him. Pray to
Mahadevji who is having Vasuki with him.
