Santiago Rincón is Colombian, sales manager at ARGOS,

the largest cement company in the country. Argos has its

main office in Medellin and has more than 11,000
employees. Argos has investments in Panama, Haiti and
the Dominican Republic.
Santiago is 35 years old and lives in Medellín. He is
married to Nahia, he has a son of 8 years. His son Derek's
dream is to be a civil engineer. His son is studying English
and swimming at a nearby school.
Santiago is always happy for his family, even though he works very hard.
He gets up every day at 5 am to go to the gym and stay in shape, then travels
to his office to continue his work.
Good communication with his family is important to Santiago, and that is why
every Sunday they go out to the shopping center to have fun.
In his next vacation, Santiago is destined to travel with his family to Chicago.
