GAUSS - JORDAN REDUCTION METHOD
TEMPLATE
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. REMOVE all RED TEXT on this template AFTER READING and upon using.
2. Each problem set should have its own tab with appropriate tab names. Follow the steps below.
a. Right-click the tab named "TEMPLATE" below and select the "Move or Copy" option.
b. In the pop-up window, put a check on the "Create a copy" box below while making sure that
the "TEMPLATE" sheet is selected.
Renaming tabs:
a. You may right-click the appropriate tab below and select the "Rename" option.
(if you are creating the program for prob set 1 then) ex. ProbSet1
(if you are creating the program for prob set 2 then) ex. ProbSet2
(if you are creating the program for prob set 3 then) ex. ProbSet3
3. After creating the tab for your program, fill-out the information above. (Name, Student, Section, Date,
& Problem Set #)
4. PRESENT your program VERTICALLY. Meaning, maintain PORTRAIT ORIENTATION for the Page Layout.
5. Font format:
b. Font size: 11
c. Decimal places: 2 only (No need to round up, simply select this option in the above ribbon under the
"Home" Toolbar)
6. Cell styles to be used is up to your preference as long as you maintain its organization and clarity.
7. Margins: 0.45 for Left & Right, 0.5 for Top & Bottom

Instructions:
1. Use your student number in the following format to obtain the values for A, B, and C.
- Student Number: 20XX-XXXABC
Example: 2021-009572; (A = 5, B = 7, C = 2)
2. Copy the questions given for each Problem Set onto their respective tabs.
Reminders:
1. You may not share this questionnaire with anyone else aside from your group mates.

under Lab. Assessment in your BlackBoard course site.
