In response to the month long celebration of the SIGHT SAVING MONTH for this
month of August, 2021, ASSJ OPTICAL CLINIC would like to extend this proposal for an
Optical mission to your office and your community.
With the theme “ PROTEKTAHAN AT ALAGAAN ANG MATA SA PANAHON
NG PANDEMYA”, ASSJ OPTICAL CLINIC purposedly launched this Optical Mission with
the purpose to serve humanity by delivering optical services and other visual needs right there in
your doorsteps. This project aims to help people who can’t afford to go to eye specialists for their
eyeglasses especially those who are living in far-plung areas. Likewise, visiting from office to
office is a wise preventive measure to avoid the widespread of COVID-19 by observing the
health protocols imposed by the DOH. And when it comes to eye care, ASSJ OPTICAL
CLINIC is in the position to cater the services aligned to your eye care expectations.
This proposal covers the project and timeline, scope of work and other concerns that
