Scientists are professionals who perform significant research to advance knowledge.

Science
was the open door for everyone to understand and reason about the physical world. Ever since
everyone relied on the power of science for a reason, it is all based on facts or tested and
proven. However, there are times when errors happen; that is why science is a trial and error.
False information can lead to a negative result and affect the science community, just like
Haruko Obokata's stem cell research scandal in Japan.

Obokata's stem cell research scandal has proven that research should be replicated because
misinformation can be mobilized even within the science community. Scientists and other
science experts are responsible for keeping the work transparent and successfully proven
before it is publicized. Experimenting is crucial for scientists because it is time they do trial and
error and where the data is carefully collected for a result. Peer reviewing is supposed to be
done to see the other mistakes and deficiencies in the data. The data must be reviewed by the
original author and the other contributors to maintain consistency and be reliable for others.

The article shows the importance of transparency and consistency and the disadvantages of
replicating results, mainly in science. The replication of a study requires performing its own
unique procedures repeatedly until they work. It usually does find different results.
Experiments must undergo a deep check for reliability and assure that they are well-established
for publicity. Science will never be questioned. However, science lets us explore, learn and
create new things with our own knowledge and ability. If replication fails, it does not mean that
the scientist lied or cheated; maybe there are some differences in research performed because
scientists need to learn more or find the error. That is why replication is suggested to be
performed until it is a success.
