This refers to One (1) Unit Fieldking Combine Harvester MCH88’s last payment with our private customer
Mr. Romulo J. Agbon from Brgy 5 Calbiga, Samar. Due to untimely harvesting season, very low percentage
of customers availing the harvester’s service, and privation which result to impecunious of our customer
for this period, the customer will not able to further undertake to pay and provide on-hand cash with the
last post-dated check we have from him on the desired date of payment, resulting to delayed payment by
our office to yours.

In connection with this letter, we sincerely request from your humble office and kind-heart to give us an
extension of sixty (60) days for our customer to firmly collect the allotted payment for the abovementioned
item.
