 Xendit is payment gateway which helps a business to develop. By helping the company
accepts various types of payment and sends the fund to vast destinations, therefore the
company can focus on developing its business.
 Xendit as payment gateway provides payment infrastructure across Southeast Asia, with a
focus on Indonesia and the Philippines. Xendit process payments, power marketplaces,
disburse (membayar) payroll and loans, provide KYC (Know your client/customer) solutions,
prevent fraud, and help businesses grow exponentially. Xendit serves its customers by
providing a suite of world-class APIs, eCommerce platform integrations, and easy to use
applications for individual entrepreneurs, SMEs (Small and medium-sized enterprises), and
other enterprises.
 To be able using payment gateway, a company need to meet several terms and conditions
which are not every e-commerce companies can do.
 Xendit use API integration system to deliver the money into bank and e-wallet.
 API atau Application Programming Interface (interaction) is an interface which can connect
between one application to other applications. Thus, API acts as a medium between various
applications, either in the same platform or different platforms.
 Moreover, API itself can be used for communication in different of programming languages.
It is definitely quite easy for developers because they do not need to provide all the data.
They can just fetch the data they need from other platforms through API.
 Xendit helps companies to build their reputation by transferring the money to their business
partner or paying the commission of the agent on time with the automation payment
through API.

fires and sooth (meredakan) our customer's frustrations.
 will solve different puzzles, so no day will be exactly the same.
 Will surface important customer insights and feedback which will help xendit to
continuously improve its products and build new ones.
 will be in close coordination within the technical department, and be exposed to all the
product teams and customers.

 The benefits of using payment gateway is a company does not need to have many bank
accounts, can receive payment from credit card, direct debit (BCA click pay, Mandiri Click
pay, CIMB Clicks and e-Pay BRI), e-wallet (t-cash and XL cash), and payment gateway can
process hundreds to thousands of transactions in a very short time.
 Payment gateway is also equipped with dashboard that helps a company in reconciliation
process such as sales reports, customer details, voids, and transaction refunds. Thus,
companies don’t have to worry with reconciliation process or even customers don’t need to
re-confirm after payment. Especially for transactions using credit cards, payment gateways
have fraud detection technology that functions to prevent payments from happening at your
store.

- My name is Dinda Bazliah
- Graduated from ITS majoring in Chemical Engineering
- There are five members of my family
- Hobby: traveling and reading
- Activities in campus and outside campus (organization and internship)
- I was an awardee of beasiswa unggulan from Indonesian’s Ministry of education and culture
- I presented two international conferences and published a journal

2. Why we should choose you/strength


- I like to learn new things: I experienced many internships in various field such as electricity,
natural gas, and consulting engineering services. From my internships, I got knowledge about
how to operate hysys, auotcad, pipe line gas calculating, and learned advanced excel
formulation. I also did internship at schoters which has not related to my major, it provides
services in various languages and scholarship preparation.
- problem solving: due to covid 19, I could not go to the lab thus I need to change my final
project topic from producing pulp with organosolv method to prediction of degradation carbo
and lignin decrease on oxygen delignification of pulp kraft. What I did to tackle the problems
were read many papers and discus with my senior and colleges regarding my topic. The result
was good I got A for my thesis.

3. What is your weakness


- workaholic : I don’t like to stay still and cannot stop working if I have not finished the task
even the deadline is still long. But this habit is not good for my health, therefore I start to
make sure I will take 10-30 minutes break every time I have something to do.
- Candidness : My straightforward nature has allowed me to have many acquaintances,
because I'm able to give them advice and ideas, and people often appreciate my honesty.
However, I've recognized my bluntness doesn't always bring a good effect when I'm
delivering feedback. To combat this, I've worked to understand and try to think on their
positions first.

4. Why Xendit
I am interested in joining xendit because I believe I can learn many things in xendit. After
doing some research about xendit I become interested in payment gateway because. As online
payment is well known and used almost everywhere and payment gateway is important not e-
commerce but companies that have website or online business as it helps to transfer the
information regarding a transaction between company’s customer payment and bank.

5. What do you know about your job description


- I will need to make sure the customers inquires, problems, and concern are solved and
satisfied with the product and my service.
- Because I as a customer success generalist I am going to interact with the customers, I will
get insight and feedback from the customers regarding xendit. Therefore, I can deliver the
problem that needs to be improved by xendit to other teams.
- I will need to be ready because every customer has their own problems and I need to be
ready to resolve their problem.
- I need to be ready to take any projects given by xendit.

6. What the relation between your major and the position at xendit
While I pursued my study, I faced many challenges and obstacle, I need to analyze many
things before doing something. For instance, I conducted many experiments during my study,
I needed to make sure that the outcome was exactly the same as the book. When I got
different result I needed to know the reason and I should be able give an explanation behind
the situation. And I believe, this kind of experience can help me working at xendit.

- In this situation, will I work for home or sometimes I need to work from office?
