After opening the application User can click on “ New to SBI “
→ Select “INSTA ACCOUNT” →Click now ”Apply Now” to
start a new journey Or User could also click on “resume” to
resume a journey. The customer should click on “INSTA
Account” only

User will start journey by entering Email ID &

Mobile number. The OTP received has to be provided and
after validation the next screen appears → User enters
AADHAAR number and clicks on submit → User receives
OTP on mobile number registered with AAHDAAR → User
can choose their home branch via GPS or Locality search .
User can continue the journey by pressing Next button
CBS account will be opened and will receive SMS with
temporary ID → User can go to the home page of account
opening by clicking “Done” → The temporary ID along with the
application password will be used to create INB

Existing SBI Customer:

If the employee is an existing account holder of SBI(any branch in India) and having an active/operative SBI account, send your request to
our mail id kam.che2@sbi.co.in along with his/her account number, branch name and employment details (First page of offer letter) for
conversion to Salary Account.
Visit nearby SBI branch
The customer can also visit his/her nearby SBI bank branch along with KYC Documents (Original/Photocopy –Address proof & PAN card) & Two
photographs. He / She can open a normal account and then send your account number to our mail kam.che2@sbi.co.in for conversion to Salary
account.
