Description and Nature of Work of the Lecturer Inside the Company:

-According to the lecturer, it is difficult to sum up the work of an Operation Manager especially in
today’s time of pandemic. Time management is one of the pillars of the lecturer, also one of the
mentioned is to organize their team to do their work even if it is online.

Position Related to His/Her Work:

-According to the lecturer, the work related to the Position of being a Operation Manager is Web
Developer that is in-demand nowadays. The lecturer also says that being a font end developer and
Digital Marketing is highly applicable in Computer Engineering's degree.

Knowledge Required in the Position as Well as in the Company:

-The Students gathered some information that an Operations Manager in a technology-related company
should have analytical knowledge and logic.

Message by the Lecturer to the Attendees:

-According to the lecturer, the world wants people to be progressive and knowledgeable. So it brought
together technology and had branches that would be the way for a person to find what everyone really
wanted and could afford to do. The lecturer added that diligence and perseverance are needed and do not
let the fear of failure be an obstacle but make it a motivation to move forward.

Comment to the Lecturer:

-The lecturer was able to provide proper and understandable information on what each of the
things that a Computer Engineering student should go through. The lecturer was also able to
share experiences that motivated the students so that it would be a knowledge to each other what
exactly is the life of a person who has a decent job.

Summary of Activity:
-The world offers many opportunities in the field of technology, it just wants everyone to continue
to discover, study and organize knowledge and it will be the way for an individual to advance.
