What follows will help you analyse the story to

give your own interpretation:
This is a picture at the offices in BRO. Can you describe the working
environment? What can you say about the facilities? Look at the
employees. What do they have in common? Why do you think they are all
men? Are there any stereotypes connected with this?
This is Purl. Pay attention to this ball of yarn. Can you identify which
elements make you think that she is a girl? Look at the elements she is
carrying in her box or the ones that she has put on her desk. What
stereotypes can you associate with these elements? How does she feel?
These are different reactions her mates had. What do these attitudes show? And what do they
show about men in this office? What is the stereotype associated to the jokes they
make/understand in the after office meeting?
