no contraindications to adrenaline for anaphylaxis
Adrenaline should not be withheld in anaphylaxis due to concerns regarding drug interactions.

Adrenaline:
- beta blockers: especially non-selective e.g. propranolol (hypertension then bradycardia) [may
need increased dose and/or glucagon]
- cocaine: arrhythmias
- entacapone, linezolid, Mono-amine oxidase inhibitors: inhibits one of adrenaline metabolism
pathways (can increase concentration)
- Tricyclic antidepressants: potentiate adrenaline effects
