Before I commence the presentation, may I introduce my new team members at Goodrich Depot.

Shenal,Dushmika and Mewan for their first AGM at Goodrich Lanka.

Today, we supply a diverse range of logistics services, we have customers throughout the country.

Our diversification proved its worth last year when export volumes were impacted by COVID-19,we
managed to release our reefer containers for storage services.

In terms of safety, employee and contractor safety is a critical priority.

So I am very pleased to inform that we continue to strive for zero accidents and incidents.

Goodrich is committed to safeguarding the safety and health of all its employees.

We have recruited new staff for repair workshop/accounts and operations.

Turning now to the year ahead, the management has a positive view.

Demand for container conversions continues to increase, particularly from customers in

constructions & manufacturing industry.

While we are optimistic, we take nothing for granted. We will remain vigilant and focused on the key
value drivers of our business.

I will shortly hand over to Yashodha.

But before I do that, I would like to place on record my thanks to the Management and the depot
staff for their outstanding efforts during the year. We have some of the best people in the industry
working at Goodrich and their efforts will continue to place the company in a strong position to
capture the opportunities ahead.

year.

We have had a solid year. The outlook is positive. The conditions are favourable. And the business is
well positioned to continue to prosper into the future. I look forward to the years ahead with
confidence. Thank you.

We are facing a crisis that affects us all, everywhere in the world. It is a moment that calls for
solidarity and that requires each one of us to take responsibility and play our part.

With this is mind, I would like to express my admiration and to sincerely thank all our employees and
our customers for their commitment and willingness to work in curfew period as well. Above all, I
would like to thank those who are on the front line of our response to this situation. Their courage
