nonsupervisor to have any supervisory skill.” Do you agree? What are the reasons?
Sorry, I don`t agree. The reason is technical skills and Human skills are important for
lower-level managers because they involve interaction with other people and tend to be
in more contact with the workers or employees who directly perform the task, and
therefore must have adequate knowledge to direct and instruct them.
(6) Name any four essential qualities of a good supervisor.
Character: honesty, just and fair, stable personality, cheerfulness, enthusiasm, sense of humor,
reasonable temperament, considerate, open-mindedness
