Being fair with your opponent makes us have good sportsmanship. It helps us be able to accept what
we have in the game.

 WHAT I HAVE LEARNED SO FAR?


1. Mountaineering is a sport that is made by climbing mountains to reach the top of a mountain
or the summit.
2. The goal of a mountaineer is to reach the summit of the mountain.
3. Mountaineers have a physically fit body and mind that helps them reach the summit of a
mountain.

What are the advantage and disadvantages of mountaineering?


 Advantage: the climb can be very therapeutic and reaching the summit will be very worth it
 Disadvantage: it is very dangerous and can cause serious injury or death
What are the physical benefits of mountaineering?

It helps clean your contemplations. It makes your muscle more grounded. It's useful for your
wellbeing. Your body gets work out. Normal climbing can improve your endurance and perseverance
just as muscle strength.

Apply it in real life


I want to join this group to help me be a better mountaineer. I also want to support this local
group to have a better organization. This helps us in many ways. Becoming one of the mountaineers
here helps me to have a better exercise.
Lastly, I want to become a part of this mountaineering organization to experience the best
feeling when I reach the summit.
