WHAT IS EXPRESS-FAB?
EXPRESS-FAB is an easy ordering, money
saving and quick turnaround program allowing
you to apply modifications to our modular
cabinet line. Customize your modular cabinets
by simply choosing a style of your liking and
adding your modifications from a pre-selected
list of add-on options. These options range
anywhere from drop-in ice bins to over
shelves, to locking casters and much more. A
quick and effective solution, you call the shots
to create the modular cabinet you desire for
your kitchen prep area.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. SELECT YOUR BASE MODULAR CABINET
Choose from 80 of our base cabinet styles that are available in 14GA or 16GA 300 Series stainless steel tops with an open front
or hinged doors, with or without a 5” riser, and in 10 different sizes. All base modular cabinets can be found on page 4.

2. CHOOSE YOUR MODIFICATIONS

John Boos EXPRESS-FAB LINE offers many different customized options for your modular cabinets. Everything from base
options, top modifications, casters/feet, weld-in/drop-in sinks and overshelves to ice bins, water units, urn troughs, tray slides,
splash guards, and deck mount faucets. All add-on options can be found on pages 7-8.

3. REQUEST YOUR QUOTE

Send us an email with your quote request to: quotes@johnboos.com. Provide a sketch of option locations and include
"Express-Fab" in subject line of your email to insure quick lead time.

4. SUBMIT YOUR ORDER

Send an email with your order to: purchaseorders@johnboos.com.

5. WE MANUFACTURE
As soon as the purchase order and signed drawings are submitted, our craftsmen start the fabrication process and begin
custom building your modular cabinets with the add-on items you have selected. With the implementation of our
EXPRESS-FAB SYSTEM, we will get your order to you as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
