- The report will contain all of the deliverables listed below under Part-A of ‘Project Deliverables and
Exclusions’ section
- The report will be easily readable and will be delivered in both spreadsheet and PDF formats

IV. Project Deliverables and Exclusions

A. The Research Project team will produce the following deliverables:

- Recommendation on the most cost-effective route to transport finished goods from China to US
- Complete detail on the route including modes and cost
- List of challenges, risks and constraints in the given route
- List of potential logistics companies that the client could partner with for the purpose of cost-effective
transport
- Research methods/calculations will be provided as an appendix to the main report

B. The Research Project team will NOT produce the following deliverables:
- Transport the finished goods
- Negotiate for cost reduction with potential logistics companies

V. Project Objectives
- Identify and recommend the most cost-effective route to transport finished goods from China to US
- Should include complete coverage of all the parameters including modes and cost along with the detailed
research methods and calculations
- Project should be delivered by 09/30/2016 at a cost of $150K

VI. Supporting Detail

A. Constraints
- Project must be completed by end of September 2016 to enable the client to make further decisions
- Modes and routes of transport must allow potential flammable and/or restricted cargo (fireworks)
B. Assumptions
- Pay-per-use subscription and paid reports will cover the necessary data required for the research
- Resources with necessary skills and expertise will be available for the duration of the project
