Duties & Responsible: HANTHANA ECO LODGE : HOTEL

✓ Checking bookings on booking.com and other web sides.


✓ Assure the cleanliness of rooms before guests arrive.
✓ Make sure the welcome for the guest will be memorable.
✓ Make sure attend the guest needs all the time in their stay at the hotel.
✓ Brief the guest all the fun activities and place that they can visit near the hotel.
✓ All the time need to be aware of the clean, hygiene proposes during the guest stay.
✓ Do some activities for guest entertainments at the hotel.
✓ All ways brief the staff about how handling the guest and make good memorable
moment for the guest at the hotel in their stay.
✓ Make sure the guest will leave the hotel happy so they will return or they will
recommend my hotel to other guests.
Duties & Responsibilities:

✓ Daily checks to ensure keys are ready for check-in.


✓ Greet all guests in lobby in warm and professional manner, make them feel welcome
and anticipate their needs before they arise.
✓ Recognize all returning and VIP guests, and welcome the back. Escort all checking-in to
their accommodations following hotel procedures and acknowledge by name.
✓ Should aware of hotel daily activities, group and VIP arrivals.
✓ Should aware of room features, hotel facilities, and emergency procedures.
✓ Daily bags pulls, luggage pick-up and drop-off
✓ Ensure all luggages is correctly labeled and stored
✓ Maintain and updates master keys.
✓ Ensure bellman room is kept clean, tidy and organized at all times.
✓ Assist shuttle drivers with guest and luggage pick & drop.
✓ Unit, key, locker and telephone checks when requested.
✓ Assist housekeeping with common area cleaning and laundry.
✓ Clean and maintain lobby, entrance doors and bell trolleys including snow removal.
✓ Assist guests with general questions and enquiries.
✓ Assist Front Desk during periods.
