constitution. A written agreement between
National and Local levels.
In federal form of government, they have
their separate governmental apparatus.
The America is considered as federation
of states and those self-governing state.
The states have separate legislature and
separate executives.
A federal government has a rigid
constitution. It cannot be changed or
violated as the same manner on other
laws.
Constitutional disputes can happen in
federal government. A special judiciary is
assigned to fix and clean the disputes

UNITARY GOVERNMENT
A kind of government that is single power.
The power is centralized in the main level.
The constitution does not provide power to
it’s units; it is enjoyed and controlled by
the central government.
A unitary government may or may not
have a written constitution. It depends on
the centralized government if they want to
have formal constitution. France and
England is an example of unitary
government.
In a unitary form of government, they only
have a single set of governmental
apparatus. Each branch of the
government is administrated by a single
official in the central government. England
is an example of unitary government.
Unlike federal form of government, the
unitary government can be changed and
be flexible.
There is no need for special judiciary. The
ruler of central government can easily veto
a bill if that doesn’t meet his/her
expectations. These laws and rules
mandated by the ruler cannot be judged
by anyone, except the ruler itself.
