Teaching Philosophy
My philosophy of education is that all children are unique and they have their
own strengths and it is very important to provide an environment that
stimulates their learning. I hope to create an atmosphere where children can
grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. Children will reach their
full potential in such environment and I believe this is the goal for most
teachers.

I believe that there are five essential elements that lead to successful learning.
1. Teacher acts as a guide in teaching. 2. Students must participate in hands-
on activities. 3. Students have the rights and ownership to make choices to
decide what to learn and how to learn. 4. Students need the opportunity to
practice skills in a safe environment. 5. Student’s learning should be
integrated with technology every day.
