Grilled Seer Fish

Grilled seer fish marinated with Indian spices, olive oil and yogurt.

Ingredients
400 gm Seer fish
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
200 gm Yogurt
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Tandoori Masala Powder
1/2 tsp Ajwain
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Besan / Gram flour Roasted in 2 tsp butter
2 tsp Amul Butter

Instructions
1. For grilled fish

1. Clean the Seer Fish. Make 3-inch-long cuts/slits with a sharp knife on both sides of the fish at
one-inch distance.

2. Rub with lime juice, salt and ginger & garlic paste.

For marinating

3. mix all the ingredients to a smooth paste

4. Evenly apply the paste to the fish on all sides.

5. Marinade for 20 minutes and cook it on griller /oven /barbeque at 180degree C, for 10 mins.
While cooking, apply butter for basting.

6. Remove and serve hot with a lemon wedge.
