Repeated Sir ,

Most respectfully I Wright this latter to request you for stopping EPF deduction
form my salary amount.

This is to request you for stopping the deduction of my EPF amount from my
salary as my EPF not properly submitted during last few years but still my salary is
being deduction every month.

I believe you would consider this as a genuine request and do the needful at
earliest in case any query arises you may contact me.
