I appreciate this opportunity to compete for the position of Human Resources Specialist.

I will be a graduate from Chattahoochee Technical College with a demonstrated history working
in the government and collegiate administration industry. In my previous and current role as a
Human Resources Technician I have become skilled in Human Resources, Executive
Administrative Assistance, and Microsoft Office. My verbal and written communications skills,
interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills are proficient.

While working at Cobb County Government I confirmed my passion for serving and could
combine my passion to serve with work. As a Human Resources Technician, supporting New
Employee Orientation, Applicant Tracking System, some of my duties included maintaining the
database and registration for new employees’ orientation, producing reports, assisting applicants
with applications, and posting positions.

Cobb County Government allowed me to transfer the skills I am acquiring at Chattahoochee

Technical College. This job requires high attention to detail, problem-solving, confidentiality,
and strategic thinking in a demanding work environment.

I enjoy working for Cobb County Government, I desire that connection that comes from
supporting others. Which is why I would love to continue my employment here.
