1) Give the principle involved in Pregnancy Test.
- Pregnancy tests work by detecting the presence of the hormone, human
chorionic gonadotropin (hCG). hCG is a hormone produced by cells in the
placenta. Its production starts from the point at which the developing
embryo attaches to the uterus, 6-12 days after conception.
2) What are preventions of Teenage Pregnancy?
- preventing early pregnancy: by preventing marriage before 18 years of
age; by increasing knowledge and understanding of the importance
of pregnancy prevention; by increasing the use of contraception; and
by preventing coerced sex; and.
3) Explain Pregnancy Test’s Importance.
- A pregnancy test can tell whether you are pregnant by checking for a
particular hormone in your urine or blood. The hormone is called human
chorionic gonadotropin (HCG). HCG is made in a woman's placenta after a
fertilized egg implants in the uterus. It is normally made only
during pregnancy.
