For me, the fact that John’s personal life in which I remembered is somehow bothering

me, I believe that it shouldn’t be a hindrance in the job application process. I should not let my

past feelings or impressions towards him affect my decision. However, in order for me to be free

from these thoughts, I will ask both of them some questions regarding their personal life and how

it can affect their job performance. I will hire the applicant based on their communication and

technical as well as their professionalism.
