1. How long have you danced? – I have danced since I was three years old.
2. Why did you choose to dance majorette? – When I was a little girl I saw a film where the
girls were dancing majorette. I amazed how quickly and beautifully they danced with
baronette. I wanted to learn this kind of dance.
3. How many hours do you practice? – I have dance lesson once a week. It takes three hours
and I practice at home about an hour every day.
4. How long does it take to learn a new trick? – It depends on how difficult is the new trick.
It takes about an hour to learn the new trick. But then trick is easy to learn it usually takes
only about 10 minutes to learn.
5. Which has been your biggest success in majorette so far? – My biggest success was when
I had a chance to compete in the European Championship. But before the championship I
broke my arm so I couldn’t take part in the competition.
6. Who makes your costume? – A great dressmaker makes our costume in our village.
7. When do you watch TV? – I usually watch tv in the evenings.
8. What do you use your phone for? – I usually use it to keep in touch with my friends and
my family members. I use social networking apps like Instagram or Facebook. And I use my
mobile for average things like call someone, take photoes or videos, listen to music and
check my e-mails.
9. Which is your favourite app? – My favourite one is the Instagram. I like using this app
becasue I can follow my friends and lots of famous people. It is interesting seeing what kind
of photoes they post.
10.What would you show to your foreign friend in Hungary? – I would show them some
famous sights in Budapest, like Heroes’ Square, the Parliament, St. Stephen’s Basilica. I also
would take them to the Lake Balaton and other nice cities like Debrecen, Eger, Pécs or
Szeged.
11.What are the typical Hungarian dishes? – I think the most popular hungarian dishes are
Goulash, Chicken Paprika, Újházi Chicken Soup, Fish soup, any kind of stew and Dobos
Torte
12.Do you eat healthily? – Most of the time I eat healthily but there are days when I eat junk
food, like pizza.
13.What do you use a computer/laptop for? – I usually use it to do my project, my
homework. But I also watch films on it or I surf the Net.
14.What is your dream job? – I would like to be a dance teacher or kindergarten teacher.
15.Have you ever been to abroad? If yes, where were you? – Yes, I have. I have already been
to Romania, Slovakia and Bulgaria.
16.Do you like living in a village? Why? Why not? – Yes, I do. I like that air is clean, the
streets aren’t as crowded as in the towns. I enjoy that we have a garden. I also like that I
know my neighbours and other people in our village. I know that there are more gossips in
villages but I don’t mind it.
17.What are the biggest environmental problems? – I think the biggest environmental
problems are air pollution, water pollution, deforestation, global warming and climate
change.
18.How can we protect our environment? – We can protect it in many way. For example we
shouldn’t throw rubbish on the streets, we should switch off the lights when we leave the
room, we shouldn’t waste the water and we should recycle.
19.Do you recycling? – Yes, I do. We always collect the plastic bottles and then take them to
the selective waste collection point.
