are essential for staying fit physically in idle times and relaxed all throughout adulthood.
Exercises and games could improve skill-related such as speed, agility, coordination, and
reaction time. For wellness, a healthy emotional release through physical actions can help better
lifestyle that are too work driven and unbalanced. Undoubtedly, recreational activities are
essential for the body and mind through stimulating both through leisure.
One of the famous recreational activity for children is Laro ng Lahi typically, these are
games involving an group or individual. Some examples of laro ng lahi is agawang base, Chinese
garter, patintero, tumbang preso and etc.
