I write for and in behalf of the teachers of Sta. Rita High School.

In accordance with the Department of Education’s mission and vision in making competent, passionate
and skilled learners who are ready to face life’s challenges, the Sta. Rita High School will be holding its
Annual Sports Festival on September 27-28, 2018 from 7:30 in the morning to 5:00 in the afternoon.

The objectives of the sports fest is to select the best athletes to compete in higher level competitions like
the regional and palarong pambansa; develop physical fitness and sportsmanship, and camaraderie among
athletes.

In line with the aforementioned, the undersigned would like to ask permission from your office to allow
our school to use the Cristobal Covered Court in the conduct of the said activity, presuming the heavy
rain. Note that the date might change depending on the approval of the Schools Division Superintendent.
In such case, we will immediately inform your good office.
