I grew up in a family where both of my parents and my grandfather are entrepreneurs,

and they played an influential role in my formative years. Ever since I was 12, I went to my

grandfather’s company every vacation and worked with different department managers. This not

only gave me an early look at real-world business operations but also sowed the seeds of

entrepreneurship in my young self. Thus, I started up my very first business as a junior in high

school, running a private lounge. After managing the venue for the whole summer, I happily

approached my grandfather with a tidy profit, hoping for a few praises at the dinner table.

Instead, he completely changed the way I perceived business with a single statement: "Wealth

makes a successful businessman but seldom a successful person". It was simple yet highly

effective. I soon realized what truly matters is not wealth but knowledge.

Life is hard, so why not do something you love and are passionate about. Any are

concerned with money, but I am concerned with well-being and providing a holistic approach to

individuals in need. I believe that the world needs a greater understanding of business

approaches, so I am interested in this field and intend to learn as much as possible. I strongly

believe Emory University will help me attain this perspective. We will be forever learning and

growing in our exploration of business approaches since I believe it is the most complex human

aspect. It is difficult to say what goes on in an individual mind concerning business; nothing is

ever simple. There are many narratives, environmental factors, and genetic factors that all play a

role in our businesses. Understanding different morals and cultural concepts will be a priority in

learning even more in this field. While I know that the work I want to pursue will be a daunting

journey, I believe that my studies have equipped me with the skills necessary, and this program

will further enhance that. I also have certificates from courses that range from starter business to

well-fashioned businesses. Apart from my studies, I have had several related experiences that

allowed me to learn and gain valuable insights.

These experiences and my desire to apply to this program all stem from my dream of

working with individuals who struggle with business-oriented ideas. As business education has

only been given much importance and attention in the recent decades, I find it crucial to integrate

and implement certain practices when dealing with legal topics. I am incredibly passionate about

this program because recent studies have shown that business knowledge and practices are

especially prevalent in ever-changing times. I hope that I would be able to study this

phenomenon more closely, contribute to studies in the field, and better promote better business

thrives that could benefit this particular population. I also aim to gain better knowledge of project

management, a skill that every sector requires. In this regard, I will be able to take on live

business problems and I will learn to solve these problems and prioritize resources through

taking an analytical, cost-effective approach.

I know that this degree will allow me to be one step closer to fulfilling my passion for

making a beneficial change in society. By the time I finish obtaining my master’s degree in

business administration, I plan on applying to an organization where I reside. I hope to gain

enough experience here for a few years to venture off to a more prominent organization or start

my own individual company. If I ever decide that I do not want to own my own business, I

would love to manage a thriving business centre that helps resolve their business related issues,

and make well informed business decisions. Thank you for your kind consideration, and I am

hoping for your favourable response.

Sincerely,
