Ever since childhood, from school or kindergarten, we have been told

that everyone should play sports. We are given many arguments as to

why it is useful and that we become healthier in this way, aren't we?

To start, sports can be seen as a good way to lose weight. However it

is necessary to remember that for this purpose it is necessary to
consider proper nutrition. As a result, we will get not only a good
appearance and a toned body, but also less health problems. On the
other hand, regular exercise increases our self-confidence. That is, if
we do more and more difficult exercises, we will be able to understand
that we can do everything. But we should also take into account the
level of load during sports, which we can overcome due to our
physical capabilities.

You can often hear that sports help relieve stress. For some it's
boxing, for others it's running, and for others it can be done during
gymnastics. In addition, we can normalize our sleep pattern. For
example, we have to get up in the morning for a run, and in order to
do this, we need enough sleep, which is often neglected by people.

To sum up, I want to say that we must also not forget about our
capabilities, because excessive exercise can have worse consequences
than when we do nothing at all. We can see this aspect as a negative
that sport can cause us.

To my mind, the above arguments about playing sports are true if we

follow the advice of professionals during our activities.
