More and more often from acquaintances (знайомі) I hear that to go

in for sports individually brings them more advantage and pleasure,

than to do it in groups. Everyone names their pros and cons, so let's
look at the most common in more detail.

There are a number of benefits to doing sports individually. In the

first place, you do not depend on the time of others. This means that
you can train when you feel comfortable and it doesn't matter if it's
late in the evening or early in the morning. In addition, you become
independent and develop this feeling in yourself. As a result, you
motivate yourself to become better.

On the other hand, you cannot work with others. This can lead to the
fact that you do not learn to work in a team, which is also an
important component, especially in sports. Another serious drawback
(disadvantage) is the lack of communication and the ability to make
new friends. If this is important to you, then sometimes you can feel
lonely and lack communication.

In conclusion, I can say that for me individual sports are more

enjoyable and productive than in a group. I don't need constant
communication with other people. However, it should be noted that
not everyone can agree with this opinion, isn't it?
