QUANTITY UNIT INGREDIENTS


25 gr cocoa powder
50 gr potato flour
50 gr rice flour
25 gr chick pea flour
25 gr ground almonds
75 gr granulated sugar
75 gr hard margarine or butter
1 ea egg

METHODS OF PREPARATION

1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.


2. Beat the egg before adding with the butter and mix together until a soft dough is produced that sticks
into a large ball.
3. Break the dough into walnut-sized pieces and place on a greased tray or nonstick baking parchment.
4. Flatten each lump with the back of a fork dipped in cold water.
5. Preheated oven 180C 
 Bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
6. Cool on a wire rack.

Variations: Add chopped nuts or crystallized ginger
