25 gr cocoa powder 50 gr potato flour 50 gr rice flour 25 gr chick pea flour 25 gr ground almonds 75 gr granulated sugar 75 gr hard margarine or butter 1 ea egg
METHODS OF PREPARATION
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
2. Beat the egg before adding with the butter and mix together until a soft dough is produced that sticks into a large ball. 3. Break the dough into walnut-sized pieces and place on a greased tray or nonstick baking parchment. 4. Flatten each lump with the back of a fork dipped in cold water. 5. Preheated oven 180C Bake for 12 - 15 minutes. 6. Cool on a wire rack.
