In terms of the Circular No. PFRDA/2018/01/PF/01 dated 4thMay, 2018 on

Common Stewardship Code (“Code”) issued by Pension Fund Regulatory and
Development Authority (“PFRDA”), the Pension Fund Manager (“PFM”) is
required to submit status report to PFRDA/ National Pension System Trust
(“NPS Trust”), indicating the compliance with the each principle laid down in
the Code. In this regard the status reports have been submitted with the
PFRDA and NPS Trust.

The PFM are also required to sent across an annual

intimation on implementation of every principle of  the Code to  its  concerned
National Pension System subscribers. In this regard, we would like to bring to
your kind attention that the annual status report on compliance with each
principle of the Code for the FY 2020-21 along with the Stewardship Policy of
the Company is available at our website: licpensionfund@licindia.com
