This are the key-points that I have learned for the video
discussion.

 If the fluid pressure is low, therefore more ADH is released

and water is retained
 If the fluid pressure is high, therefore less ADH is released
and the kidney eliminates water
 If the person is lack of fluid in the body and it will cause
dehydration
 Older Adults are more prone to fluid deficits
 2.5L fluids less every day , therefore we have to replenish it
