1.1 Think of a product that you would like to produce / manufacture.


1.2 Discuss how you would manufacture the product and identify the
things needed in the production process of your product.
1.3 Analyze and evaluate if you would have the same product during this
pandemic. Why or why not?

Our group decided to make our own bake shop, wherein we produce different
kinds of pastries and cakes. Because we believe that “Life is short, so make it sweet”
and we definitely love any kind of bread. Now in order to produce our product we will
be needing the following resources: land (for our physical store), financial (for the
capital that will be used to buy tools, equipment, furniture and ingredients, lastly
human resources (staff: cashier, baker, manager). Once we have all the things that we
need, we can start the production by contacting and ordering the ingredients for the
different pastries, then we would be storing some of it for future use and some will
already be used for the production.

We think that even though during pandemic we can still have the same product
because we think that people would still like to try different pastries from time to time,
besides we also offer cakes that are essential for different occasions like: birthdays and
anniversaries.
