Answer: Should. Depends on your arbor size. Don't spend your money on this disc, is not that great. Try these "Cutting Wheel 50 PCS Cut Off
Wheel 4.5"x.040"x7/8" Cutting Disc Ultra Thin Metal & Stainless Steel SATC." $20 for 50 disc. These cut like magic. I used them to cut 7/16 steel
plate. They really last. The $20 diamond blade wore out in no time. It is unbelievable, I spent a lot of money on expensive name brand disc until I
found these. I initially bought 50 because I was eating other brand disc like crazy. Got my project done and probably used less than 15 out of
fifty. I still bought another 50 because they are so cheap and superior to any other that I have used. This should be a lifetime supply for me.

Question: Does this come with arbor 5/8 washer?

Answer: The hole is 5/8 but no nut or washer comes with it.

Question: Does it cut aluminum?

Answer: Yes, I used it to trim the aluminum frame on a storm door I installed. Cut well.

Question: do they sell any flush cutting blades that cut through metal??

Answer: Yes, I opened a safe with one..

Question: It says in description it’s not suitable for cutting thick metal.“ What does this company consider “thick”? Does package
specify maximum thickness?

Answer: I use mine to cut 3/8" Rebar. So, 1/8" should be no problem

Question: What coubtry manufactures this?

Answer: I believe is German made.

Question: Will it cut stone?

Answer: This wheel is for cutting metal, it say so in the description.

Question: Will this cut half inch steel?

Answer: I did not cut anything greater than a 1/4 in, but this should handle it just fine. It cut the 1/4 like butter.

IT CUTS
August 30, 2021 The cutoff wheel cuts well a little slower than a composite wheel but it will out last it 10 to 1. It
doesn't throw a lot of sparks and remains cool while cutting



Industrial Setting Usage here
August 23, 2021 Using it, I am, as recommended (letting it cool off per schedule) is working well for me. From hot
rolled metal to rebar to chrome vanadium I have had no problem in the way it handles cutting the
metal I have used it to cut. The only issues: a) fitting it over the spindle; it came to me not as a slip
fit but a press fit. I found this and still do find this aggravating for the extra delicate installation
that is needed to fit it over and onto the spindle; b) once the label material wears off the disc is
too thin to be held by the flange nut to keep it from spinning. I used some shim material to make
a washer but at the price I paid this should not be happening.



August 22, 2021 The composite discs can shatter dangerously when they get jammed, and of course they decrease
in size, creating dust etc. This disc cuts very well and I feel safer using it with just eye protection
rather than anything more. Can't comment on its longevity as yet. But it was good for cutting thin
metal and thin plastic, much better, and faster, than using shears



Goodbye abrasive cutoff wheels!

110% completely worth it. This thing has been taking a incredible amount of abuse and just keeps
on cutting. Does take slightly (mere seconds) longer to cut through stuff but the cuts are clean.
There is 1 draw back however, while it doesn't leave that abrasive dust everywhere which by itself
is a huge plus. It does leave a layer of tiny metal shards laying about. And much like the metal
shards left by a carbide die grinder they are sharp and will cause irritation and pain if not carefully
blown or vaccumed off of yourself.
