During my tenure here at Hikinex, I learned three important things that I’d like to share with you:

First: sales is a numbers game. The more I try the more chances of success!
I always relate this to the way I live my life right now.. because before, whenever I miss a
chance, I lose hope and give up so easily. Now, I understand better that I have unlimited chances,
so I need to try harder to get what I'm aiming. Now I don't mind how many times I try because I
am more focused on the reason why I'm trying.
Second: At all times, look on the brighter side.
I learned to understand that in cold calling every day isn’t going to be the best day and some
days can be downright challenging. So it became a drill to look on the bright side. I just tell
myself that the difficult days can be just another way to grow in both my career and life in
general.
Third: It’s okay to fail
I failed many times to convince a prospect to set up an appointment with me and the client.. but I
didn't go to jail! So I realized that it's OK to Make mistakes and fail because it is the best way to
learn. Many times, in the past I've been so hesitant to try something new because of the fear of
failing but as I do my job every day I realize that there is nothing wrong with failing because it’s
an avenues for opportunities to grow and learn.
Well, those are the 3 important lessons that has made me a better version of myself. I'm very
thankful that I realized and learned all those while working with Hikinex. those life lessons are
so precious that I will take it with me when I go.
