It works in research.
It'll work in life.
In the health and science community, we value results.

Which is why we are going to put the tried and true

scientific method to work improving your energy and
upgrading your health (without sucking up time).

We'll do this by deliberately experimenting with actions,

gathering data, and adjusting as we go.

Observe
Get Curious, Be Mindful

The first step is observation.

In regard to your health, this
is simply getting curious:
noticing the opportunities for
change and building
awareness of your current
habits & thought patterns.

How could my health be better?

How can I be more mindful?

Research
Get Clear on Your "Why?"

To build a healthy life, you

must be crystal clear on your
values, motivations and
identity. You've got to know
why you are doing this to
maintain your ambition.

Why do I want to be healthier?

What are my core values?

Hypothesize
Imagine What is Possible

It's time to really imagine what a

healthy life could look like for you.
Dream big, what does your
healthiest self look & feel like?
Create a tangible, exciting vision
of what your health could be.

What could I do for my health?

How could I feel my best?

Experiment
Approach Goals Gently

Often when we set goals we

don't reach, we become
discouraged from pursuing
those goals. However, building
a health routine is not a win-
lose situation, it's win-learn-try
again.

What am I willing to try?

How can I honor my values?

Analyze
More of What Worked

After conducting your health

experiment, think back and
determine what worked.
Identify obstacles, design
solutions to overcome them,
and try again.

What worked well? Why did it?

What would I change next time?

Report
Incorporate and Celebrate

Incorporate what worked into

your daily life through
repetition and commitment to
your health vision. Celebrate
your wins along the way with
people who encourage you.

How can I make this last?

Who will celebrate with me?
