1 HR Rithesh Kannan and Bala - I discussed about the

wage restructuring during the lockdown. I also
discussed about how the employee appraisals take
place and what methods of appraisal are used. I also
learnt about employee relations and their grievances
are redressed.

how he makes the budget of our company and how
he procures the required funds. I also learnt about
the credits availed by us.

Learning & Highlights of the week:

 This week our company did not work at their full efficiency due to our state elections
and hence, I assisted my HR in all the work done by him.
 My HR also gave me the names of a few employees whose details had to be reported.
 I learnt how the employee appraisals are done and went through the previous
appraisal records.
