Strengths
1. Patient and takes time to be as detailed as possible
2. Takes criticism well and tries to apply it right away
3. Positive attitude and help my classmates when needed
Areas needing improvement:
1. I close my blade when instrumenting and need to work on angulation and keeping it open.
2. Making every stroke counts when instrumenting and to get to the very base of pocket.
3. Sometimes still hard to see very back of maxillary, could improve on maxillary instrumentation

Goals for the remainder of the semester:

1. Be more outgoing and get competencies/ checkoffs right away instead of waiting till mid
semester
2. Ask more questions when unsure of something
3. Be quicker in exams but still give the same quality of care
