Anne Kakenya is an experienced Human Resources

Professional with 12+ years of Leadership experience in
the NGO sector. Anne is currently the Senior Manager
of Human Resources at Compassion International
where she provides Leadership to the Africa Region.
Prior to joining Compassion, Anne worked with World
Vision Kenya at different roles for close to 10 years.
Anne holds a Master of Science (MSc) Human
Resources from Jomo Kenyatta University OF
Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), A bachelor’s
degree in business administration (BBA) Human
Resource Management from Kenya Methodist
University (KEMU) and Institute of Human Resource
Management (IHRM) certified Human Resource
Professional.
Anne is passionate about people and finds fulfilment in
helping the less privileged in the society.
