 1.Patient to Create Appointment
As an: Patient
I want: To Create appointment
So that: I can get doctor consultation

Acceptance Criteria:
• Patient to see the Dashboard
• User can see a button called “Appointments” from the Menu.
• User able to on Appointments, user needs to enter the required information.
• User can Check the Status check box
• User can selected their preferred slot, they can confirm and book it, by clicking on create Appointment
• User should see the success message of the appointments booked.

2.Patient to View Prescriptions

As an: Patient
I want: To View Prescriptions
So that: I can follow as per the doctor prescript.

Acceptance Criteria:
• User should able to login with patient credentials successfully
• Patient to see the Dashboard
User should able to view the prescriptions in the FIND menu bar
• User should able to view all the Active/Inactive Prescriptions
• User can able to view the prescription by clicking on the ‘Details under Actions menu
• User can able to Edit the prescription by clicking on the ‘Edit under Actions menu
• User can able to Delete the prescription by clicking on the ‘Delete under Actions menu
 3.Doctor to Create Prescriptions
As an: Doctor
I want: To Create Prescriptions
So that: Patients can use it

Acceptance Criteria:
• User should able to login with Doctor credentials successfully
• Doctor should see the Dashboard
User should able to Add the prescriptions under Actions menu
• User should able to view all the Active/Inactive Prescriptions
4.Doctor to View Prescriptions
As an: Doctor
I want: To View Prescriptions
So that: Patients can use it

Acceptance Criteria:
• User should able to login with Doctor credentials successfully
• Doctor should see the Dashboard
User should able to View the prescriptions
• User should able to view all the Active/Inactive Prescriptions
 5. New User registration for Patient-Created in JIRA
6. New User registration for Doctor

As an: Doctor
I want: I want to register (Sign-up)
So that: I can login and use my application
Acceptance Criteria:
• The User should be able to navigate to the Registration screen after click on Register as a new user from login page.
• User allowed to enter the required data
• User can submit his data
• User need to get successful message for the registration
• Enter invalid email ID and Password and verify the error message displayed.

7. New User registration for Admin

As an: Admin
I want: I want to register (Sign-up)
So that: I can login and use my application
Acceptance Criteria:
• The User should be able to navigate to the Registration screen after click on Register as a new user from login page.
• User allowed to enter the required data
• User can submit his data

8.In view Patients, Do the selections and copy the data using Copy, Excel and PDF.

I want to: Copy the data
So that: I can use it as my reference

• User clicks on the drop down and selects the required fields

• User can able to download the data in Excel by clicking on the Excel button
User can able to download the data in PDF by clicking on the PDF button

As an: Admin/Patient/Doctor
I want: Logout Option
So that: I can logout from the application

Acceptance Criteria:
 The Patient/Admin/Doctor should be able to navigate to this Logout button
 Able to click on logout button
 User logged out and navigated back to login screen.
