The New E-Statements feature in Practice Suite, helps you to sends

statements for all outstanding patients bills.


E-Statements with the integrated payment gateway services is a great tool,
that practices can utilize to reduce payment defaults and faster patient
collection.
E-Statement can be setup from Notification options < from Advanced Setup
Menu
Select the e-statement tab > then entered the email address (required)
Email setup can be tested by clicking on “Test Email Settings”.
And a confirmation message appeared as a successful.
And email notification also sent to the email, that it is successfully setup.
Entered the message (required) on the email and message.
Email will be sent to patients registered email address.
Message will be sent to the registered mobile number.
Patient can then login to the portal and entered the statement number to
make the payment.
Once the details are entered > click on the save button to complete the
setup.
If the sending fails, the corresponding error information can be seen in the
e-statement error section, towards the bottom of the statement generation.
If the patients needs to be exempted from the e-statements, check the box
> do not send e-statements, in the other attributes screen of the patients
demographics page.
