company to cover the vacancy which has always been your dream job. You’ve just

Subject: Selection Process for Manager Position
Dear Ms. Smith,

I would like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to take this interview next
Monday.

Throughout my hotel experiences, I have strengthened my operations skills in which

I gained the knowledge and passion to build relationships with customer and develop
existing business opportunities as well creating lifelong relationships with new
businesses.

My strengthens are decision-making, excellent communication skills and highly self-

motivated. On the other hand, I would say that I am an analytical person and I like to
finish what I start.

I have seen the working conditions and I see already myself into the position.
Regarding the contract, I would like to know for how long it would be the contract and
if there is labor trial period.

During the interview, it will be grateful if you could explain me what kind of IT
systems the company uses so I can start to get some knowledge about it.

It would be grateful if you can provide where the interview will take place.
