Movie review : Munafik 2

Recently, I watched a movie on Astro movie channel. The title is Munafik 2. It is directed by Syamsul
Yusof. There are many fantastic actors in this movie like Maya Karin and Fizz fairuz. Syamsul Yusof
himself stars as the hero of the movie.

In my opinion, this is a great movie. It is about people using supernatural powers. The hero, ustaz Adam,
uses the paranormal powers for good things like healing and helping people. He is a good man. He gets
the special ability by praying to God and being close to Him. On the other hand, Abu Jar (Nasir Bilal
Khan) is the bad guy in the story. He also has magical powers that he gets by collaborating with the devil.
He has done many terrible things like causing disunity, fear and corruption among the people.

I would really recommend this film to my friends. First of all, I know many of them like horror and ghost
stories. So, this will be a perfect film to watch. The suspense and frightening surprises will make you
jump out from your seat! Besides, you will love the handsome and lovely casts in the story. The hero,
Syamsul – although plays as an ustaz in the story, looks so smart and hot! I’m sure the lady viewers can’t
take their eyes off from him! The elegant Maya Karin also plays her part so well as the heroin. She gives
the message that a woman must be strong and steady in facing the difficulties in life.

I really enjoy this film. I think Munafik 2 is very unique and entertaining. I will give it 5 stars and I
strongly suggest that you watch it.
