There are basically 2 types of Corporations in the State — Commercial & Welfare. However, in both types of Corporations, there is a need for feedback about its functioning from time to time. Also, it is important that these Corporations expand their activities and functions to all districts of the State to ensure equitable distribution. 2. In the reference 1* cited, the Government have issued orders to all the corporations in the state to take necessary follow-up actions for appointment of additional 13 Directors (i.e.,one from each district) in accordance with the law. 3. After careful consideration, Government have decided to appoint chairman+15 Directors in all the corporations in the State for achieving above stated objectives. 4. In view of the above, all the Corporations in the State are hereby directed to take necessary follow-up actions for appointment of Chairman+15 Directors in accordance with law.
