1. What I find interesting or engaging and easy to accomplish?

For us, FIDP is easy to make and it is very interesting since you have to really think of the
activities and strategies that makes competencies and other salient parts of the FIDP connected
and interrelated to each other.

2. What I find difficult to understand or difficult to accomplish?

The hardest part maybe is on what assessment to use especially in online learning and offline
learning considering the different capabilities of the students.

3. What challenges did you encounter in the online delivery of the inset?
Unstable internet connection and lack of communication with the non-participative participants.

4. What is my insight/realization?
We have realized the importance of technology when it comes to the education system. With
the trends of distance learning that has been used by other countries it paved way for us
teachers to take advantage of the technologies to make the delivery of lessons faster.
