Functional description
An underground garage has 10 available bays. At the entrance a traffic light is installed
which switches to red, once all available parking bays are occupied. Should a bay
become available, the light switches to green. Exit and entrance can only be passed by
one car at a time. To activate the counting process, both light beams (entrance/exit)
have to be activated one after the other.
