As part of the Guidance and Counseling Program, the above subject will create a group or
interested members. The goals and objectives of the group are as follows:

Peer Facilitation is a group of CAI volunteer high school students who works together,
assists in a particular subjects or topics in order to guide and encourage co-learners to
become responsible and able to respond with academic, emotional, and social
challenges.

Peer Facilitators will assists in the development of communicating and engaging with
fellow classmates that contributes to the learning community.

Peer Facilitators are involved in helping students in the following areas:

- Academic Concerns
- Peer Conflict
- Handling stress and anger
- Plan for Future
- Cope with Family Issues
- Creating a positive environment
- Develop self-confidence among others

May we ask your assistance to inform our interested students to be part of the group of atleast 3
to 5 representatives per section. Attached is a form to be filled out by them. Filing of form for
interested students will be until September 20, 2021 in preparation for a meeting/election of
officers on September 24, 2021.
