All secondary cleaners have dual spring tensioners.

-CVB-001 and 0220-CVB-002)

have a split / dual cartridge arrangement that allows the cleaner to be split in half and removed from both sides of
the conveyor. This is to reduce the mass of the cartridge and to reduce the space required for replacement on 0220-
CVB-001 which has a dual drive arrangement on the head pulley. The primary cleaners on 0240-CVB-006 and
0240-CVB-
cartridges.

Figure 43 below show primary and secondary scraper typical set-out points.

Ploughs

A floating V-plough is provided before the tail pulley on all conveyors and at locations where material can get
entrapped between the pulley and the belt. The coarse ore conveyors (0220-CVB-001 and 0220-CVB-002) also
include a fixed diagonal plough upstream of a floating plough to remove large lumps. The floating V-ploughs are
only suitable for 100mm lumps at a belt speed of 6m/s.
